CONSUMER INSIGHTS, TRENDS & PROSPECTIVE ASSISTANT

The Consumer Insights, Trends & Prospective Project Assistant internship at Coty will let you dive into the exciting world of consumer research and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our CONSUMER INSIGHTS, TRENDS & PROSPECTIVE ASSISTANT, you'll collaborate with our international teams (marketing, digital, media, R&D) to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on analyzing target consumers, understanding how to influence their purchase decisions, and crafting exciting in-store and online shopper experiences, and supporting the development of relevant brand offers.
**You will be responsible for**:
Assisting CMI managers in fulfilling Global Marketing research needs by advising on methodology, developing questionnaires and discussion guides with research partners, providing appropriate test materials, attending qualitative fieldwork, and contributing to relevant synthesis and recommendations. Supporting research initiatives by building presentations and influencing marketing and retail teams' decision-making processes with key insights from the latest quantitative and qualitative studies. Collaborating with consumer and trends/prospective insights managers to plan new strategic marketing research studies. Building and maintaining databases and KPI reporting systems. Leading your own project designed to educate and engage a company-wide audience on a trending topic. Contributing to cross-functional projects by exploring consumer knowledge, including insights from humanities (semiology, sociology) and quantitative data.

Reporting to the Global Consumer Insights Senior Director and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Trade, Brand, R&D, Media, CDO... YOU ARE A COTY CMI FIT IF
You like to analyze data, solve complex problems, and turn insights into actionable strategies. You can work methodically and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
**Other than that, you**: Have strong analytical skills, capable of summarizing and extracting key insights with clear purpose. Possess basic statistics knowledge and are comfortable working with numbers. Excel at leading projects with confidence, taking initiative, and defending your recommendations. Are detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive in your approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
