**Le poste**:
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients (grand groupe dans le secteur de l'audit et du conseil) un Directeur Artistique Junior, qui aura en charge la conception et l'exécution créative de supports de communication online et offline. Il travaillera en collaboration avec le client sur l'ensemble de ses sujets, sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Création et du Directeur de Clientèle dédiés au compte.
**Missions**:
- Participer aux prises de brief client
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de Directeurs Artistiques pour proposer et développer des idées créatives répondant aux briefs
- Concevoir des identités et créations à destination des canaux online (réseaux sociaux, newsletters, vidéos, bannières ) et offline (communication interne, PLV, études ) de la marque
- Présenter et défendre ses idées auprès du client en étant force de proposition et avec le soutien des responsables d'équipe
- Briefer les autres membres de l'équipe créative en charge de la production des contenus, et assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur livraison finale
**Profil** recherché**:
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de la Suite Adobe
- Curiosité, suivi des tendances graphiques
- Relationnel client : écoute, diplomatie et capacité à argumenter
- Esprit collaboratif
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à prioriser et organiser son travail
- Excellent communiquant
- Une expérience dans le secteur B2B serait un plus
