**Votre rôle & vos missions**:
- Prendre part au montage et au câblage des stations de rechargement pour les véhicules à hydrogène._
**Vos responsabilités**:
- **Montage des stations de rechargement**
- Contribuer à la manutention et à la mise en position des stations
- Réaliser l’assemblage mécanique des stations et des sous-ensembles selon des gammes de fabrications définies
- Participer à l’optimisation des gammes en collaboration avec le service Méthodes
- Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements et/ou du matériel
**- Câblage des stations de rechargement**:
- Préparer le chantier électrique pour chaque station
- Réaliser l’intégration et le câblage électrique et air comprimé des stations (containerisation, câblage et interconnexions) en effectuant les raccordements (électriques et mécaniques)
- **Contrôles de fabrication**
- Effectuer les tests de contrôle et remplir les procès-verbaux de contrôles
- Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité lors de la fabrication
- Analyser les pannes et effectuer des réparations
- Identifier et documenter les disfonctionnements, les faire remonter au travers du système qualité
- **Sécurité**: respecter et appliquer les règles de sécurité définies et faire remonter toute situation de non-respect des règles de sécurité
**Votre profil**:
**Compétences techniques**:
- Expérience en électricité et mécanique générale
- Connaissance de l’environnement ATEX serait un plus
- Connaissance des risques spécifiques liés au domaine d’activité
**Compétences transverses**:
- Lecture et interprétation de plans et schémas mécanique, pneumatique, PID et électrique
- Niveau intermédiaire en anglais
- Culture Sécurité
**Savoir-être**:
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Polyvalence
- Sens de la qualité à tous niveaux
