L’objectif de ces postes est de soutenir le directeur client en matière de prestation sur le compte, de gérer les capacités et l’équipe afin d’assurer une prestation conforme aux délais et l’excellence dans l’exécution. Il s’agit d’un poste-clé dans le renforcement de la collaboration en interne et en externe avec le client et les partenaires.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Directeur de Clientèle H/F pour notre agence iProspect Conseil à Paris (17ème).
MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Associée, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Management d’un consultant junior ;- Être le garant de la satisfaction du client et assurer un suivi de qualité personnalisé ;- Initier les réflexions stratégiques des campagnes en analysant les besoins par des briefs, puis en rédigeant et en présentant des recommandations (cahier des charges, leviers à privilégier, message et budget) ;- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes expertises (planning stratégique, online, offline, mesure )- Collaborer activement au reporting financier assuré par la direction du pôle ;- Coordonner, superviser la réalisation des campagnes jusqu’à leur finalisation (presse, radio, TV, affichage, et digitales : SEO, SEA, Display, Mobile, Social, RTB...) ;
PROFIL- De formation supérieure (Bac+4/Bac+5) en Communication/Marketing ou cursus universitaire équivalent, vous avez une expérience de 4/5 ans en agence media ou digitale, notamment en conseil media ;- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise et connaissez les différents leviers digitaux et médias offline ;- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du marché media français ;- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des approches marketing et communication ;- Doté(e) d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous savez assurer une forte proximité client et répondez parfaitement à leurs attentes ;- Vous avez démontré des talents de négociateur et avez le sens du résultat dans le suivi des projets ;- Vous savez travailler en équipe et mobiliser vos collaborateurs autour des projets ;- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (impératif).
PROFIL- De formation supérieure Bac+3/Bac+5, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le conseil media ; Et plus précisément sur l'achat media digital (Paid Social, Display programmatique, etc.)- Une bonne connaissance des approches marketing et communication est requise ;- Vous êtes en capacité d’alimenter une réflexion stratégique (fond & forme) sur tous les points de contacts ;- Vous adoptez une bonne posture conseil (écoute active, compréhension du besoin, capacité à challenger, capacité à briefer, pertinence des réponses) ;- Vous êtes force de proposition et comprenez les évolutions médias ainsi que les problématiques clients ;- Doté un excellent relationnel, vous êtes également réactif et curieux ;- Votre niveau d’anglais est courant car vous serez amené à gérer des clients internationaux.
