Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous cherchons notre Brand and Content Manager F/M.

**Branding & Communication**:
Tu auras pour mission de développer la visibilité et le Top of Mind de Nextories auprès de nos cibles. Pour cela, tu auras la responsabilité de:

- Animer nos réseaux sociaux : en collaboration avec notre Social Media Assistant, tu définiras notre stratégie de visibilité sur nos différentes plateformes.
- Identifier des sujets de communiqués de presse servant la stratégie de l’entreprise et assurer leur diffusion avec l’aide notre agence de Relations Presse.
- Mettre en œuvre notre stratégie de communication : créer et piloter des opérations de notoriété et de communication offline et online percutantes.
- Organiser notre présence sur des événements clés (environ 2 salons par an)

**Brand Content**:
Tu seras le garant de notre stratégie de contenu éditorial. Pour cela, tu auras la responsabilité de:

- Déterminer et piloter le calendrier de publication en adaptant le contenu selon le média (écrit, visuel, vidéo ) en collaboration avec notre Assistant Content Manager. - Créer et optimiser notre storytelling en adéquation avec nos stratégies d’acquisition. - Analyser et optimiser nos performances en suivant les réactions de nos audiences, la qualité et la visibilité de nos actions.
- **Profil**_:

- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +4/5, tu as au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (content manager, responsable communication, etc.) idéalement d’une marque B2C.
- Tu as déjà été en charge d’un compte à succès sur les réseaux sociaux et aucun Trends ne t’échappe.
- La rédaction de communiqués de presse n’a plus de secret pour toi.
- Tu maîtrises au moins un outil de création type Canva, Figma ou la suite Adobe.
- Une expérience dans la communication Offline sera considérée comme un atout (Affichage, print, TV )
- Tu es reconnue pour tes qualités rédactionnelles.
- Tu es passionné(e) par la création de contenu sous toutes ses formes.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(euse) et attentif(ve) aux détails, tu as déjà piloté plusieurs projets en même temps.
- Créatif(ve) et force de propositions, tu as toujours de nouvelles idées nous challenger
- Optimiste et souriant(e), tu es motivé(e) pour apprendre et te dépasser.

Salaire : 40 000,00€ à 60 000,00€ par an
