LEAP - Global Business Process Owner - Warehouse Manager

Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Owner - Warehouse Manager. This role will focus in particular on third-party logistics (3PL) management and its integration within the ERP system. This role is designed to ensure that external logistics services are seamlessly connected to internal ERP processes, enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and coordination of warehouse operations, particularly in the context of outsourced logistics and distribution services.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
- Process Architecture and Design: Design warehouse management operations within the ERP system, integrating inventory control, logistics coordination, and order processing workflows.- 3PL Integration Strategy: Develop an approach for integrating 3PL operations with the ERP system, focusing on data exchange, process alignment, and performance tracking.- ERP Customization for 3PL Operations: Work with Tech and ERP specialists to customize the ERP platform, enabling robust management of 3PL relationships, from contract management to service level agreement (SLA) monitoring.- 3PL Performance Monitoring: Design and implement ERP functionalities for real-time monitoring of 3PL performance metrics, ensuring alignment with operational standards and objectives.- Process Development for 3PL Interaction: Create detailed processes within the ERP for all aspects of 3PL interaction, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.- Collaboration with Supply Chain and Logistics Teams: Ensure close coordination with internal supply chain and logistics teams to align 3PL management strategies with broader operational goals.

- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- Required 10/12 years of experience.
- Experience in consumer goods industry.
- Extensive experience in warehousing activities.
- SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
- English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
