Description du poste
**LACROIX recherche un reponsable Design For Manufacturing pour son activité Electronics.**

Dans le cadre de notre développement industriel et des activités **DFx (Design For Procurement / Design For Manufacturing / Design For Test),** votre mission sera notamment de prendre en charge les points suivants:

- ** Supporter les équipes d’ingénierie et de design **aussi bien en interne qu’en externe pour conduire à des fabricabilités optimales PCBA, sous-ensembles et produits finis (box-build), dans le cadre d’une synthèse DFx (Procurement, Manufacturing et Test),
- Être garant de la **rédaction d’une base documentaire de type « Référentiel Technique **» incluant les règles de Design / Test / Process d’assemblage PCBA et produits,
- Piloter la c**ommunauté des Experts DFx** pour l’ensemble des sites LACROIX Electronics, du Bureau d’Etude interne et des entités fonctionnelles associées,
- Support à la **mise au point et à la maîtrise des nouveaux process,** particulièrement les process spécifiques aux assemblages électroniques et les assemblages mécatroniques,
- Assurer un **support opérationnel **auprès de la production pour les aspects relatifs au design,
- Participer aux **transferts technologiques** venant du client dans un but d’industrialisation,
- Être en mesure d’**intervenir dans des échanges internes et externes** de technologies et d’ingénierie process pour l’ensemble des aspects électroniques, tests, process d’assemblages,
- ** Supporter les équipes qualités** afin d’anticiper les risques de fabricabilité, participer à la démarche d’amélioration continue. Collaborer aux AMDEC Process afin d’atteindre un niveau de qualité PPM attendu (Objectifs de référence : Automobiles).

**Qualifications**:
**Le profil que nous recherchons**:
Doté d'une formation niveau Bac +5, vous avez une forte **expérience de terrain**, des **process d’assemblage électronique**, de la mécatronique et du design.

Au-delà de vos qualités relationnelles, rédactionnelles et de synthèse (anglais impératif), des connaissances techniques dans les domaines suivants sont attendues:

- ** Capacité à fédérer** un groupe d’experts pluridisciplinaires,
- Industrialisation et analyse de design de **PCBA et produits électroniques,**:

- ** Analyser, critiquer et faire évoluer un design mécatronique **en vue de son industrialisation,
- Maîtrise des** outils CAO électroniques et mécaniques,**:

- La connaissance du logiciel DFM Valor et TestWay est un plus.
