Poste à pourvoir : VP Engineering - Secteur FinTech avec utilisation de Python Jongo
Une opportunité passionnante s’ouvre pour un(e) VP Engineering dans le domaine en plein essor de la FinTech. Notre client recherche un profil d’exception capable de diriger une équipe de développement agile et maîtrisant Python et la bibliothèque Jongo.
Poste : VP Engineering Secteur : FinTech Localisation : Paris Salaire : 70/90 K€
Responsabilités:
Leadership et gestion d’une équipe de 10 développeurs spécialisés en Python Jongo.
Responsable du delivery et de l’efficacité des phases critiques du projet, notamment dans l’"endzone", pour garantir un déploiement réussi.
Pilotage de la stratégie technique et collaboration étroite avec les équipes produit pour l’alignement des objectifs et l’innovation continue.
- Assurance de la qualité, de la performance et de la scalabilité des solutions FinTech développées.
Profil recherché
Profil idéal:
Expérience confirmée en leadership technique, spécifiquement dans une entreprise FinTech.
Expertise en Python et connaissance approfondie de la bibliothèque Jongo.
Compétences avérées dans la gestion de la fin de cycle de développement et la livraison de solutions logicielles.
Capacité à mener des équipes vers la réussite dans un environnement rapide et évolutif.
