**Captive and Facultative Services Coordinator/Specialist**
Paris, France
Context:
The Captive and Facultative Services division is in charge of End-to-End monitoring for Captives and Facultatives for APAC Europe and split into two teams:
Technical Accounting for all topics related to Credit Control
Technical Operations and Claims for all topics related to Claims processes
This role provides an opportunity to work closely and monitor activities managed by the team in charge of day-to-day reinsurance operations (ESS India)
In the framework of Credit Credit, you will support data quality on claims related topics in the Technical Operation and Claims team.
This role will be the direct report of the re-insurance Operations Lead APAC & Europe

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Build out controls and checkpoints to ensure that automatic processing for Captives is aligned with Captive limits and aggregates, in line with reinsurance agreements
- Support enhancement of the database for all Captive Reinsurance with limits to monitor aggregates
- Build controls to assist India team in reviewing Captive data quality reports
- Support India team for claims experience on some more complex losses
- Maintain key performance indicators and initiate corrective measures, follow-up of SLAs
- Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate queries with internal stakeholders such as UW and Claims
- Support Claims information flow and liaise with internal stakeholders such as UW and Claims
- Meeting with Captives/Brokers/reinsurers

- Strong analytical skills: data analysis and treatment, detail-oriented and ability to develop rational solutions, communicate and implement accordingly
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares (Excel and VBA)
- Ability to learn and adapt to a variety of IT tools
- An understanding of the fundamentals of reinsurance in a corporate environment
- Robust execution skills and open to changes
- Focus on continues improvement
- Strong coordination skills
- Solid communication skills required for internal and external party’s discussions
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork and team spirit
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Ability to federate and influence transversal projects and internal processes
