Le secteur du fitness connait une croissance soutenue. One Fitness Club est très attaché à « l’esprit Club ». Cet esprit séduit nos futurs adhérents et pour le faire vivre nous mettons en place des **dispositifs de marketing et communication physique**, animons au quotidien les communautés au sein des clubs, **créons des activités d’engagement **adaptés aux attentes de la création de l’esprit « Club » qui caractérise notre marque.
Au sein de notre siège d’une XXX de personnes basé à Aix-en-Provence, vous travaillez dans l’équipe communication marketing aux côtés d’une chargé de création de contenu digitaux, d’un community manager et d’un vidéaste Vous êtes aussi en contact avec des conseils externes en charge de la structuration des activités digitales. Pour vos mission vous:
- êtes en charge de la création d’événements en lien avec les managers des clubs du sud est, du Nord et la région parisienne.
- mettez en œuvre des événements imaginés par la direction du siège de l’entreprise sur les sujets de la communication, du markéting, de la logistique, de la réglementation. Vous intervenez en préparation, suivi, et évaluation
- identifiez les événements territoriaux existants de la zone métropolitaine des clubs qui présentent un intérêt sportif, social, sociétal, environnemental, festif ou bien être pouvant correspondre aux attentes de nos adhérents
- prenez attache et organisez la participation du club, de ses collaborateurs et des adhérents à l’événement
- êtes force de proposition pour créer de nouveaux événements ou diversifier notre participation à des événements territoriaux
- nourrissez l’équipe grâce à une veille active sur les nouvelles tendances en matière de communication et de marketing évènementiel (street marketing etc)
**Compétences**:
- Connaissances des droits d’auteur, des règles de reproduction et de diffusion de documents
- Connaissance des règles et obligation administrative concernant l’organisation d’événement : ERP, arrêté voirie et d’espace public, débit de boisson, assurance évènementielle
- Capacité à remplir des documents administratif / déclaration.
- Capacité d’organisation et sens de la gestion du temps et de la logistique
- Capacité à trouver des solutions
- Capacité à animer et faire vivre un événement
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office
