Key Account Manager

Pour un acteur européen majeur qui conçoit au quotidien des solutions digitales pour améliorer l’expérience client des marques, nous recherchons pour accompagner sa belle croissance, un KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (F/H).
Rattaché au Directeur Commercial, vous êtes en charge de développer son portefeuille d’affaires pas la conquête de nouveaux clients, le développement et la fidélisation des clients confiés.
Vos Principales Missions
- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale
- Piloter et développer votre portefeuille clients par la prospection et la fidélisation
- Identifier les cibles et prospecter activement des nouveaux clients
- Etablir des plans de comptes
- Savoir gérer et identifier les priorités prospects dans un environnement de vente multiservices.
- Construire, présenter et défendre vos offres
- Veiller au bon déroulement des projets
- Améliorer et mettre à jour le CRM et les tableaux de bord
- Représenter et promouvoir les valeurs et l’image de l’entreprise
Diplômé d’un Bac +3/5 de type ESC, vous avez une ou plusieurs expériences réussies dans une fonction de conseil et de commercialisation de services à valeur ajoutée dans l’univers de la relation client et/ou des solutions digitales.
Pour réussir ensemble ce challenge, nous vous apportons une formation à nos techniques de vente, à nos produits et services, et vous accompagnons pour vous permettre de vous épanouir professionnellement.
