Key job responsibilities
Ce poste est au sein de l’organisation Française AWS, et se concentre sur les clients grand comptes AWS en France.
**Auprès des clients, vous**:

- Établissez un réseau de contacts pour les accompagner efficacement et les rendre autonomes
- Animez des sessions d’échange sur les meilleures pratiques
- Facilitez des ateliers et des revues d’architectures
- Accompagnez l’ensemble des phases des projets, de la conception à l’opération
- Guidez la montée en compétence, sur le plan technologique, gouvernance

**Au sein d’AWS, vous**:

- Contribuez, au sein de l’équipe de compte, à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et technologique
- Assurez la coordination entre les différentes équipes AWS pour représenter au mieux les intérêts de vos clients
- Partagez votre expérience dans les communautés sur les domaines technologiques ou industriels
- Participez à des programmes internes sur des sujets technologiques, organisationnels, de recrutement

**Au sein des communautés externes, vous**:

- Présentez votre expérience, les enjeux et les solutions appropriées dans des présentations ou des vidéos
- Contribuez à la création de contenus tels que des billets de blog, des livres-blancs, des articles
- Participez aux programmes AWS auprès des communautés et des clients

A day in the life
Vous aidez vos clients à être compétitifs, sécurisés, et durables. Membre d’une équipe de compte, composée de profils métiers, commerciaux, consultants ou support, votre mission est d’établir un lien de confiance technologique avec vos clients. Vous travaillez à tout niveau de l’organisation, jusqu'aux équipes de direction. Vous analysez les besoins et opportunités, et accompagnez vos clients sur l’utilisation optimale des technologies cloud. Vous aidez les équipes AWS à comprendre les besoins de vos clients et à les intégrer dans leurs plans. Vous partagez votre expérience avec d’autres équipes dans le monde entier et êtes actifs dans la communauté publique AWS.

- Formation technique : Informatique, Ingénierie, Mathématiques ou équivalent
- Connaissance ou expérience de migration ou transformation vers le cloud AWS et/ou des offres Cloud Public ou Hybride
- Expérience dans un des secteurs suivants : Commerce de détail, Services financiers, Produits de grande consommation, Énergie, service aux entreprises.
