In this role, you will get a chance to work with our HR Service Delivery team for France & Germany on HRIS management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development,

and performance management in accordance with the established HR strategies, programs, policies, practices and processes.

**Missions et responsabilités**:

- ** Intégration des nouvelles recrues **:Suivre l'expérience d'intégration de nos nouveaux-elles collaborateurs-trices en Europe : entretenir la relation avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (paie, Mercer) pour qu’ils-elles soient équipé-es. Animer les sessions d'orientation et réaliser des présentations si nécessaire. Participer aux processus d'accueil et de départ des salarié-s
- ** Relations sociales **:Contribuer à la préparation des réunions mensuelles du CSE (analyse, dispositions légales, présentations)
- ** Développement des compétences**: Suivre les demandes de formation (aide à la définition des besoins en formation, contact des organismes de formation, relation OPCO), les campagnes d’entretiens professionnels et d’évaluation de la performance. Coordonner la formation des nouvelles recrues avec les managers

- Étudiant(e) en Master dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines devant réaliser un stage de 6 mois
- Aptitude à planifier, organiser, prioriser son temps et sa charge de travail pour accomplir ses tâches dans les délais impartis
- Excellentes compétences en communication (verbale, écrite et présentation) couplées à de solides qualités relationnelles, tant en tête-à-tête qu'en groupe
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Google (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheet) et MS Office ; la connaissance du SIRH Workday est un atout
- Fluidité en anglais et en français (oral et écrit) indispensable ; la connaissance de l'allemand est un atout
- Esprit d'équipe

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** Onboarding of new employees**: Monitor Onboarding experience for new hires in Europe: liaise with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, Mercer) to have new hires equipped. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and deliver presentations as needed. Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes
- ** Industrial relations**: Support preparation of the monthly Works Council meetings (analytics, legal requirements, slide deck)
- ** Talent development**: Monitor training requests (help defining training needs, contacting training organisms, OPCO relationship), career interview and performance review campaigns. Coordinate new hires’ training with managers
- Learn and grow your HR knowledge base in all practice areas
- Be part of an international HR team (working closely with our headquarters in Vancouver and our HR colleagues in the UK)
