LOCALISATION : Suresnes - siège du groupe Bel
Rattaché au responsable du pôle process, outils et méthodes au sein du département FP&A vous aurez un impact majeur sur la performance opérationnelle des métiers Finance en:
- garantissant l'adéquation entre les besoins des utilisateurs contrôle de gestion / reporting groupe et leur mise en œuvre dans les outils du groupe (SAP, BPC, PowerBI,).
- améliorant et optimisant les process existants afin de favoriser la remontée des informations clés.
A ce titre vous représentez le métier Finance et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des responsables financiers évoluant dans les pays, les différentes équipes corporate Finance et l'équipe IT.
VOS MISSIONS:
- Supportez activement un réseau d'utilisateurs SAP/BPC dans leur quotidien,
- Animez, analysez et recommandez les solutions les plus adaptées afin de répondre à leurs besoins - soit lors de l’ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalités, soit lors de dysfonctionnements constatés sur le système d'information ou bien encore lors de projets structurels dans le cadre de M&A (Merger and Acquisition),
- Agissez en tant que garant(e) du « core model » mondial et assurez, via des sessions de change management et formations, le bon respect dans la durée des best practices du groupe sur l’ensemble des métiers du contrôle de gestion,
- Rédigez les modules de formations utilisateurs et animez périodiquement les cursus de formation.
- Accompagnez activement la diffusion des bonnes pratiques via la plateforme plateforme de documentation/communication Finance GLAD
- Vous serez force de proposition sur les standards et l’existant mais aussi sur de nouveaux usages tels que de nouvelles méthodes d’utilisation ou bien l’automatisation des process pour répondre au mieux aux besoins métiers.
- Vous representerez la Finance sur les questions de Data gouvernance : data domain, data stewart
VOTRE PROFIL:
Ce poste est une très belle opportunité pour le futur collaborateur de démontrer sa capacité à diagnostiquer, prioriser et conduire le changement.
Vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience minimum (hors alternance) en contrôle de gestion ou autre métier financier opérationnel.
Vous avez une grande capacité d’analyse, de rigueur et un esprit de synthèse
Vous avez des aptitudes relationnelles et un sens de l’écoute.
Vous avez un niveau d’Anglais (C1 - Courant ou opérationnel)
