**Merchandiser de Collection Prêt à Porter**
**MISSIONS**
En tant que Collection merchandiser PAP votre rôle consiste à traduire et promouvoir la stratégie produit de la maison aux différents interlocuteurs. Vous contribuer à la croissance de vos catégories en pilotant les collections et en remontant les informations qualitatives mais aussi quantitatives des ventes tout en étant le relais entre l'équipe développement produits et le merchandising retail.
**ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES**
- Développement de collection
- Participer à l'élaboration des plans de collection par catégorie de produits
- Piloter les catégories produits et s'assurer du bon équilibre du plan de collection (fonction, prix, saisonnalité )
- Création et mise à jour des outils de suivi des collections
- Participer à la stratégie prix et définir les prix target et prix de vente
- S'assurer de la cohérence transcatégorie
- Création des outils de ventes pour le Show-Room
- Coordination Show-Room
- Anticiper et piloter de la livraison complète des collections pour le show room
- Prendre en charge les outils de suivi d'editing
- Animer les ateliers de formations produits lors du showroom
- Communiquer de manière quotidienne les évolutions produits et mise à jour des outils de ventes
- Accompagner le visuel merchandising lors de la création des groupes de livraisons en fonction des pré-achats
- Analyses business
- Connaitre ses concurrents et les évolutions de marché
- Soumettre de manière hebdomadaire des analyses retail Sell Out
- Suivre l'évolution des ventes pendant le show-room et recommandations auprès du manager
- Bilan de show-room
- Effectuer des visites boutiques régulières
**Profil recherché**
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dont une expérience réussie dans une maison de luxe au sein de l'univers PAP
- Vous êtes diplômé d'un Master 2 de types Université/Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en Marketing/ Merchandising
- Dynamique, rigoureux (se), une très bonne capacité d'analyse et d'adaptation
- Sensibilité/connaissance produit nécessaire ainsi qu'une attention particulière portée à l'actualité de l'industrie et à l'univers du PAP
- Anglais courant
- Une parfaite maitrise du pack office
