Mission:
Mobile apps are the focal point of our interactions with customers. We start our customer's journey with our app, even before they have purchased one of our vehicles, and even when they are far away from their car. Likewise, Web interfaces offer improved wide-screen experiences, while voice controls provide a bridge between home and vehicle.
Mobile apps for connected vehicles present additional challenges due to the complexity of the cloud systems, the variety of connectivity, and the regulatory requirements specific to the automobile industry.
Channels also include a Web component, with front-ends and middleware, that are aligned with the Mobile apps as well as pre-existing Web assets.
The mission of this role is to build the team composed of internal and external resources, operate it according to resource management and budgeting processes, and, most importantly, drive continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and engineering process, in coordination with regional counterparts (Italy, India, Taiwan).
The role will be located in either Ile-de-France or India region. You will join the Development team under the Lead Development Manager within the Channels organization, which is part of the larger SWX unit within Stellantis.
The mission includes the following activities:
Manage a development team (direct hires and suppliers) according to the needs of the projects - with special focus on increasing the internal headcount vs. suppliers.
Establish communication processes between teams across regions.
Together with counterparts in other organizations (product management, project management, validation,) and regions, set up best practice working model for Agile methodology in a multi-regional environment.
Foster a culture of continuous self-improvement and innovation.
Support the convergence of working models in Stellantis and SWX.

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:
Experience building successful mobile apps with a large user base; Web app experience a plus.

Strong background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Experience managing development teams, including managers and technical leads.

Experience with the management of multi-regional teams and clarifying roles and responsibilities.

Experience in the validation of complex systems, with IOT experience a plus.

Fluent English.
