Votre rôle d'Apprenti(e) Communication - Alts Client Group sera rattaché à la direction de la Communication de la plateforme AXA IM Alts.

Avec plus de 185 milliards d'euros d'actifs sous gestion, AXA IM Alts, la division alternative d'AXA IM, est un leader mondial de l'investissement alternatif, opérant dans l'immobilier, la dette privée,le crédit alternatif, le capital-investissement et l'infrastructure. Nos plus de 800 employés répartis dans 17 bureaux à travers le monde répondent aux besoins de plus de 600 clients.
Notre objectif est d'accroître la valeur de nos actifs en adoptant une approche proactive et responsable. Nous intégrons pleinement les critères ESG dans nos décisions d'investissement et conseillons nos clients sur les risques et opportunités.

**2. Description du département**
L'équipe Communication supervise et gère la communication interne et externe d'AXA IM Alts au niveau mondial. Cela comporte la gestion des canaux de médias sociaux, les activités de presse, et les événements d'entreprise. L'équipe Communication d'AXA IM Alts est composée d'une directrice de la communication et de deux communication managers.
**DECOUVREZ votre opportunité**
vos rôles et responsabilités:
- production de contenu éditorial à des fins de communication interne et externe, y compris pour les médias sociaux.
- Rédaction/traduction de contenus en français et en anglais.
- Création de contenus numériques (vidéos et images).
- Contribution à la gestion et au développement des canaux de médias sociaux (Twitter et Linkedin principalement).
- Organisation d'événements d'entreprise, internes et externes (physiques et numériques).
- Veille média et suivi des activités de presse.
- Rapport interne pour toutes les activités du département communication
**Votre Profil**
PARTAGEZ votre expertise unique
Nous accueillons différentes combinaisons de compétences et d'expériences.
Vos diplômes et expériences:
- Études supérieures en communication, marketing, journalisme, gestion ou finance.
Vos connaissances et compétences:
- Compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite et de présentation en anglais et en français
- Compétences informatiques et notions de graphisme.
- Compétences interpersonnelles confirmées, capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe dans un environnement international et matriciel.
- Autonomie, esprit d'initiative, esprit d'entreprise et culture du résultat
- Esprit créatif, capacité à développer des solutions innovantes
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, la langue maternelle étant l'anglais ou le français.
Une expérience et des connaissances dans le domaine de la finance ne sont pas obligatoires.
