**Key responsibilities**:

- Researching and creating new connections / relationship with potential Heritage partners, throughout all the channel.
- Development on potential initiatives to bring Heritage partners closer, such as events
- Updating existing investors on investment opportunities relevant to them
- Maintaining a strong understanding of Heritage partners' individual interests in terms of investing and portfolio construction, as well as personal interests
- Supporting and maintaining relationships with institutional actors

**Key skills**:

- Finance knowledge gained from family offices, top tier funds, private banks, investment banks. Profile with an alternative background will be evaluated case by case.
- Knowledge of private equity and ability to confidently speak of financial aspects of Heritage investments
- Ability to build and maintain transparent and trust-based relationships, ability to empathize with Heritage partners and understand their goals and portfolio construction or asset allocation experience in private equity
- High-level understanding of other asset classes
- Being already a savvy investor is a plus

**Evaluation**:

- The Investor Relations Director will be evaluated on their ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with sophisticated investors, to assist in planning the portfolio of investments for both new and current partners, and to provide tailored support to them.

**Process**:

- First round interview: clarification of the position and detailed technical conversation
- Second round interview: focus on general fit and relationship skills
- Logic & Personality test: to assess how your personality fits with the rest of our team
- Case study and discussion: to simulate key responsibilities
- Final conversations: to align expectations
