Pour nous accompagner dans cette belle aventure et nous aider à mener à bien nos projets, nous recherchons une personne sympa - on aime aussi les gens compétents - pour rejoindre l’équipe marketing en tant que **Marketing Lead France **en CDI.

**Vos principales missions**:
Rattaché(e) à la Head of Local Marketing & Activation Europe, vos missions, si vous les acceptez (c’est confirmé, toutes nos blagues ne sont pas excellentes), seront de:

- Construire et animer la stratégie markéting long terme France ;
- Retranscrire la stratégie européenne dans les plans et programmes marketing pour le cluster France, c'est-à-dire construire l'ABP pour l’année N+1 et exécuter l'ABP pour l’année en cours, sur la base du LRP européen, en collaboration avec vos pairs des équipes centrale et locales, ainsi que mettre en place des actions correctrices à intégrer au plan en cours de trajectoire si nécessaire ;
- Donner vie aux initiatives en termes de portfolio et de communication afin de croitre sur le marché, en établissant des priorités si nécessaire ;
- Suivre et monitorer les performances de nos catégories sur le marché en établissant la vision exécutive en termes de prix consommateur, l'assortiment et de plan merchandising, ainsi qu’en optimisant et rationnalisant le portfolio ;
- Recruter, développer et leader l’équipe markéting France de 11 personnes (dont 3 direct reports et 3 dotted lines) ;
- Travailler en collaboration et partenariat avec les autres équipes du cluster France (notamment les équipes Sales), ainsi qu’avec le marketing central et ses pairs marketing des autres clusters afin d'obtenir de meilleurs résultats.

- Vous disposez d’une solide expérience sur un poste similaire acquise dans l’univers des produits de grande consommation - façonner une stratégie marketing et l’exécuter n’a aucun secret pour vous ;
- Vous adorez faire émerger les marques et les produits, vous avez orchestré des plans d’activation d’envergure en travaillant la puissance et la pertinence et vous savez faire rayonner vos campagnes sur l’ensemble des points de contacts ;
- Vos qualités managériales, reconnues à juste titre par vos pairs, seront un véritable atout pour emmener toujours plus loin toujours plus haut votre équipe ;
- Vous savez gérer un budget au cent près ; et vous êtes un(e) entrepreneur(euse) et un(e) négociateur(rice) dans l’âme ;
- Au-delà de vos qualités analytiques, vous débordez de créativité et savez être force de proposition : vous avez cette étincelle pour identifier et apporter des solutions business innovantes ;
- Vous êtes méthodique, organisé(e), et rigoureux(euse) et doté(e) d’excellentes qualités de synthèse ;
- Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et pour vos qualités de collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés : vous adorez le travail en équipe ;
- Vous savez bien sûr jongler avec plusieurs dossiers et gérer la complexité, y compris des projets transverses en organisation matricielle ;
- Vous parlez couramment l’anglais (essentiel en raison de très régulières interactions avec « le Groupe ») ;
- Vous savez nous faire rêver par vos tartes aux fraises (on accepte aussi les gâteaux au chocolat) ;
- Enfin - ça va sans dire - vous savez évidemment rire même des blagues les plus nulles.

Contrat plein temps, à durée indéterminée, à pourvoir dès que possible.
Basé à la Halle aux Fruits, Paris 11ème, au siège d’innocent France (proche métro L3 Saint Maur).
Possibilité de télétravail selon les règles en place dans l’entreprise.
