Kadow Club est une startup tech spécialisée dans les jeux marketing accessibles par QR code. Nos clients sont des restaurants, hôtels, cinémas, boutiques, centres de beauté etc. qui souhaitent booster la croissance de leur point de vente en faisant jouer leurs clients (jeux de conversion marketing, de fidélisation, d’acquisition client, etc.).

Notre objectif : Devenir leader mondial de la gamification en point de vente

Vous souhaitez relever un défi passionnant et vous investir dans la croissance d'une startup en plein essor ?

Rejoignez notre équipe de développement commercial en tant qu'Account Executive Lors de votre mission, vous nous accompagnez dans notre stratégie de développement international.

Dans un premier temps, vous serez en charge de chasser des leads et de qualifier les besoins des clients grâce à une approche commerciale structurée. Vous serez également en charge de promouvoir nos services de manière efficace via des techniques de cold-calling.

Après avoir passé ces deux étapes, nous vous assurons d'évoluer vers un poste de commercial "closer" (négocier et faire la vente) pour traiter les leads qualifiés en démonstration et fermer efficacement les deals.

Durant votre formation, vous aurez l'opportunité de démontrer vos compétences pour évoluer vers un poste de Team leader.

**Formation souhaité**e : Bac +2-3 (BTS ou Bachelor, licence)

**Expérience souhaitée** : 2 ans minimum dans la vente (Profil Junior accepté)

**Perspectives d’évolution** : Team leader

**Personnalité** : Débrouillard, rigoureux, à l'écoute, motivé, goût de l'effort, culture du résultat, à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral

**Compétences**

Anglais business opérationnel souhaité

**Salaire** : selon profil. Fixe + Primes déplafonnées à chaque contrat signé
