**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
The role of France Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead managers and professionals recruiting processes in his/her area by supporting HR and hiring managers in plants, R&D centers in France, and Nanterre’s headquarters.

Country TA is a real business partner and is also responsible for creating a local network to enhance internal mobility.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Establishing sourcing and assessment method, delivering hires in the most cost-effective way
- Growing and maintaining meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers, HR, colleagues, and agencies
- Deploy “attracting talent” training in his/her scope
- Using competitive intelligence and market insights to proactively identify new recruiting sources
- Support talent acquisition projects (employer branding, organization,)

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
Your profile:

- Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with specific experience in Talent Acquisition, acquired either in recruitment agency or in industry.
- Former experience in a matrix and international environment would be a plus.

Your skills:

- Drive and high energy level.
- High level of proficiency with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
- Communication skills through the ability to use Digital tools and network
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and French (mandatory)
