Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice HRBP & Social Relations Specialist to join our team at our R&D Center in Bavans. This is a 1-year apprenticeship program that will provide you with hands-on experience in human resources and social relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a coordinator in preparing monthly meetings of the CSE and CSSCT, including HR site KPIs and trade union organization questions.
  • Monitor cross-functional HR projects and provide support to the HRBP for the entire site.
  • Recruit apprentices and trainees for the site, including defining needs with managers, drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the preparation for the arrival and integration of new talents, including administrative management of employee files.
  • Manage the immigration process for impatriate employees, including collaborating with immigration services.
  • Ensure administrative management of files with HRBP and keep databases updated in accordance with Faurecia standards and tools.
  • Participate in events and projects, such as schools forums and sponsoring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Legal studies.
  • Fluent professional English language skills, with the ability to interact professionally with ease.
  • International mindset, with the ability to adapt in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • First work experience in an HR department is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze and make proposals.
