**Mission du stage**:
Rattaché(e) au CSO, vous serez chargé(e) d'accompagner la **structuration** et la **mise en place** du Programme d'Accélération de la Performance Commerciale au sein des équipes Inside et Field Sales.

Pour cela, vous devrez appréhender et intégrer dans votre approche les practices suivantes:
**Data Analyse**:
> collecte et traitement des données marchés adressés par notre Offre B2B (Structures hospitalières privées et publiques)

> collecte et traitement des chiffres d'activité, de performance individuelle et par équipe, et production de rapport à la demande

> collecte et production de dashboards business et commerciaux réguliers dans le cadre de Phase Projets, et POC (Proof Of Concepts)

> design de Business Plan (à l'échelle de la business Unit Sales) en Phase Projets, et POC (Proof Of Concepts)

**Coordination des Phase Projets, et POC (Proof Of Concepts)**

> Co-Définition, formalisation, communication, et suivi des initiatives business (Projets, et POC (Proof Of Concepts)

> Animation et synchronisation de de la plateforme de **Projets, et POC (Proof Of Concepts) **:définition et production des supports pour Go/no Go/Kill projets/POC

**Communication Interne**:
> Définition et co-production des plateformes de communications régulières internes : Monthly All Hands, Weekly Huddles, Workshops, QBR

> Production des templates destinées au Sales meeting, Huddle, MBR, etc

> Définition et coordination des événements internes : QBR, Offsite,

**Learning & Development**:
> Support, co-production (avec les équipes L&D) et coordination des initiatives de Learning & Development : sales pitch, sales script, onboarding, Continued Trainings, Huddles

> Co-production et update des supports internes : collateral B2B, Sales scripts, Handbooks, Scorecards

**Tools**:
> Appréhension et adoption des outils d'Analyse et de Production : Database, Aircall, Modjo, Hubspot/Salesforce, etc

> Définition d'expression de besoin fonction / update par tool

> Co-création des Use Cases

> Co-création des Business Cases

> Synchronisation et suivi avec les équipes PM et IT.

> Analytique, très bonne agilité sur Excel

> Bonne capacité de communication / interaction

> Facilité et rapidité à formaliser

> Anglais (inspiration/benchmark/best practices sont principalement en Anglais)
