**ROLE**
Within the Africa region reporting team, the cost controller OOC/OH oversees the budget and monitoring the costs of all the OOC and OH departments of Paris - Suresnes. The scope covers about fifteen departments.
**OVERVIEW OF ROLE**
Core missions are:
- Financial partner of the departments:
- Monitoring of headcounts and their allocation on projects in connection with HR and operational managers.
- Development and distribution of monthly reports to department heads, development of the business partner’s role for operational staff.
- Responsible for preparing the annual budget:
- Identification of each department’s needs according to the commercial plan for the coming year. Assistance to department managers in establishing their budget, challenge of their budget assumptions.
- Calculation of standard re-invoicing rates to projects.
- Force of proposal to improve / optimize the reporting process on the scope to gain efficiency and to gain time for analysis.
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Master’s degree / University level Business Degree.
- 4/5 years relevant experience in business management control (preferably international) and/or external audit. Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector would be appreciated.
- Rigorous, organized, autonomous, curious, with good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills. Ability to handle large amounts of data.
- English fluent
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Strong SAP knowledge
