Le Community Manager du Centre opérationnel Transilien est un acteur essentiel de l’information voyageurs en situation normale et perturbée. Il fait l’interface entre les clients et les lignes Transilien D et R, qu’il représente via les fils Twitter officiels des lignes.

Il apporte aux clients des éléments de compréhension et de pédagogie pendant les situations perturbées, apporte des éclairages complémentaires, signale les travaux à venir ou encore les futurs évènements.

Il participe à l’expression de « la voix du client » en lien avec la direction de lignes, en faisant remonter les irritants, les succès, les bonnes pratiquespour permettre in fine d’améliorer l’information et la prise en charge des voyageurs grâce à la mise en place d’actions correctrices.

Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires du plan de transport et les gestionnaires prise en charge information voyageurs. Il contribue à la performance de l’information voyageurs et permet un accroissement constant du nombre de followers sur nos fils.

Compétences attendues:

- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, les réseaux sociaux
- Sens du service client (internes/externes)
- Grande aisance rédactionnelle, esprit de synthèse et d’analyse
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Organisation et rigueur, réactivité et innovation
- Expérience de Community Manager souhaitée
- Réactivité, autonomie, empathie, patience.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Rémunération : 25 000,00€ à 31 000,00€ par an
