**Key responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and support local leadership in implementing HR policies and programs.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
- Lead core HR processes such as talent reviews, performance management, and compensation cycles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and conduct training sessions on policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local and country employment laws and regulations, serving as a key resource on legal frameworks and internal policies.
**What about you?**
Alongside your academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, you possess valuable experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within a **multinational context**. Your depth of knowledge extends to H**R policies**, **employee relations**, and **employment law**, reflecting a solid understanding of the intricacies of human resources management. An** analytical mindset** underpins your decision-making process, emphasizing a **data-driven** approach to **problem-solving**. Your **communication skills** are exemplary, complemented by **fluency in French and English**, facilitating effective interaction across diverse stakeholders. Thriving in dynamic environments comes naturally to you, as you exhibit a knack for collaboration and **teamwork** across various functions and **projects**.
