**About the role**
We are looking for a Revenue Strategy Manager to support our expansion across Europe and in the US and support our new-business team. You will be part of the CEO office team, report to the VP of Sales, will work closely with the Commercial Directors in each market that are responsible for our new revenue targets. You will be supported by our BI team and have access to all key data sets to generate insights and lead strategic projects to support our growth plan.
The role requires analytics skills and a growth hacking mindset. You will have the opportunity to review and improve existing processes as well as implement new ones, ensuring that our strategy is relevant for each market we operate in by elevating our capabilities with a data-driven approach. You will also provide support to each of our Commercial Directors across Europe and in the US to maximize their performance and hit their revenue goals.
**Main responsibilities**
Analytics support:

- Support the VP of Sales with analytics and reports on our performance
- Engage with the local teams to drive alignment around reporting and analytics
- Continuously mine for and identify trends and insights to share best practices and identify opportunities to improve
- Build, own, and optimize weekly dashboards and reports to review our performance and provide visibility to the leadership team

Operational support:

- Attend and contribute to the weekly commercial leadership meeting
- Attend and contribute to the weekly one to one with the commercial directors
- Provide insights and review on a weekly and monthly basis
- Proactively propose some strategic initiatives to improve performance
- Be the right hand to the VP of Sales, as needed, on any initiatives, meetings, and activities as needed, incl. Board Meeting preparations, Sales Team strategic offsites, and any other relevant format

Strategic initiatives
- Establish and own a process of regularly generating hypotheses, testing them via controlled experiments, which result in learnings for the business (stop / start / keep / incubate type recommendations) Working closely with the Sales Enablement team to improve our new hire onboarding and accelerate their time to impact
- Identify opportunities to improve across the sales organization; propose initiatives and drive them
- Contribute and collaborate to the roll out of new initiatives, by implementing new processes and/or new tools to drive operational excellence

**Requirements**:

- MBA or Postgraduate Master's Degree in Marketing/Business Analysis
- Previous experience supporting a Revenue Department in a growth/scale ups
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Results driven with attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
