Within the Loyalty & E-commerce division at Global headquarter, the Partnerships team is responsible for developing and leading a portfolio of more than 100 partnerships with ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program worldwide.
Our partnerships ecosystem allows us to recruit new members and increase the engagement of our members within the loyalty program. Today, we are structured around 4 main industry verticals (financial services, transportation, experiences, and retail).
In an international environment, we are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Assistant to grow the Partnerships performance across all verticals and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
This involves a daily relationship with our partners and our internal teams, at headquarters and in the regional offices, to manage the day-to-day management of partnerships campaigns.
**Your role**:
- Creation of marketing offers in interaction with the local teams, the Branding and Communication team:
- Execution of annual marketing plans
- Creation of offers’ content and deployment
- Regions’ Support
- Budget Tracking
- Performance analysis and recommendations
- Verification of digital customer journeys on partner websites and the ALL website before and during marketing operations
- Management of technical incidents and requests for changes in communication channels.
- Follow-up of the invoicing of agencies and suppliers (verification of amounts, investigation, and management in case of discrepancies).
- Ad-hoc cross verticals projects (benchmark, market study, pitch decks...)
**Qualifications**
- Bac +4/5, last year of business school in Master 2
- Previous internship experience of at least 6 months in marketing or sales functions with international projects to manage overseas.
- Proficiency in the English and French language, fluent in both oral and written languages. A third language is a plus.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), knowledge of Canvas is a plus.
- Dynamism, proactiveness, proactivity and autonomy
- Business oriented
- Very good communication
- Analytical and ability to synthesize
