- Prepare laptops and install operating systems and software for new and existing employees.
- Assist with basic network and server maintenance tasks.
- Document technical procedures and processes for future reference.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in IT support.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Computer, Information, Technology, or related field.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
