E-archiviste / Records Manager en Contrat

Au sein de la Direction générale adjointe chargée du développement du Conseil départemental, la direction des Archives départementales du Val-d’Oise exerce des missions dans le domaine du patrimoine écrit et bâti.
Ces missions s’articulent autour de trois axes:
- Constitution d’un patrimoine historique départemental sur tous supports, papier et numérique,
- Tri, classement, description et préservation de ce patrimoine,
- Communication et mise en valeur de ces ressources auprès de tous les citoyens.
Ce patrimoine représente actuellement un peu plus de 24 kilomètres de documents du Moyen Âge (XIe siècle) à nos jours et plus de 20 To de données.
L’équipe compte une trentaine de personnes réparties en quatre services (Contrôle-collecte-traitement ; Gestion-conservation-diffusion des données, Publics, Patrimoine).
Le site internet _archives.valdoise.fr_, très consulté, permet l’accès à près de 190 000 notices interrogeables et plus de 90 000 fichiers numérisés.
Sur place, à distance ou hors-les-murs, plus de 8 000 usagers ont été accompagnés en 2023 pour des recherches dans les archives ou ont participé aux actions culturelles et éducatives proposées par la direction.
Depuis 2022, les Archives départementales collectent et sécurisent les versements d’archives nativement numériques et numérisées dans le Système d’archivage électronique (SAE) du Département. La Direction souhaite renforcer l’offre d’accompagnement des services producteurs de données : gestion du cycle de vie et préparation de l’archivage des données/documents numériques.
**Mission**
Vous ferez partie du service Conseil, collecte, traitement (CCT), composé de 10 personnes réparties en 3 pôles:
Administration générale, Social, Éducation (ASEd)
Territoires, Justice, Notaires (TJN)
Records management (ou gestion des documents d’activité), auquel vous serez rattaché(e)
Sous la direction de la cheffe de service, et encadré par le responsable du Pôle Records management, vous travaillerez sur les missions suivantes:
**Dématérialisation des process au sein des services du Département**:
- Sensibilisation des services métiers aux bonnes pratiques de la gestion des données et documents numériques : participation à l’élaboration d’outils et/ou d’opérations promouvant l’organisation, la structuration et l’identification des données.
- Participation aux audits des process de numérisation au sein des services.
**Archivage électronique**:
- Participation aux réflexions, à l’analyse de processus métier et de données des dossiers dématérialisés
- Travaux d’analyse, de classement et de versement d’archives nativement numériques ou numérisées dans le SAE.
**Profil**
Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine des sciences de l’information, des métiers des archives ou en _data management_.
- Vous avez un fort intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, la gestion et l’analyse des données.
- Vous êtes sensibilisé à la règlementation, aux normes et aux techniques de gestion des archives, en particulier numériques.
- Vous avez une curiosité intellectuelle, un bon relationnel et des capacités de rédaction et d’organisation.
