Descriptif du poste
**Nos principaux sujets d'ingénierie**:
- Travailler sur un environnement à très fort trafic avec des contraintes de faible latence et de haute disponibilité.
- Une stack technologique et une architecture système riches pour optimiser les performances, la scalabilité, la résilience et la rentabilité.
- Un environnement qui évolue rapidement, où nous collaborons en permanence avec les équipes produits et adaptons constamment notre infrastructure cloud pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les nouveaux produits.
- La gestion de grands ensembles de données avec un temps d'accès de l'ordre de la milliseconde pour calculer en temps quasi réel des algorithmes complexes de résolution d'enchères.
- Construction de produits web efficaces et faciles à utiliser utilisés par des milliers d'utilisateurs travaillant pour les éditeurs, annonceurs et agences les plus premium du monde.
**Que ferez-vous?**
En tant que Engineering Manager, vous devrez:
- Construire et diriger une orientation technique à long terme pour l'équipe.
- Inspirer, encadrer et aider les membres de votre équipe à se développer et à soutenir les efforts d'ingénierie.
- Veiller à ce que les projets livrés répondent aux exigences, dans les délais et avec le niveau de qualité approprié.
- Travailler main dans la main avec nos équipes interfonctionnelles pour gérer les projets (équipes de produits, d'ingénierie et d'exploitation).
- Participer aux conversations techniques et les influencer, ainsi que contribuer concrètement au travail de mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités.
Profil recherché
**Qu'apporterez-vous à l'équipe ?**
- Une expérience avérée en tant que leader technique dans l'industrie du logiciel.
- Une capacité avérée à encadrer des équipes techniques
- Une passion et une curiosité pour la création et la construction d'objets
- Un sens aigu de l'appropriation et une expérience de la gestion du cycle de développement de projet de bout en bout
- Connaissance solide et pragmatique de la gestion de projet et de la méthodologie Agile.
- De bonnes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et passion pour les décisions fondées sur les données
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite et de présentation en anglais.
