What will you do?
As an Engineering Director for our Supply Team, your missions will be to:
Build, manage and support diverse teams of software engineers and engineering managers in a fast-paced, impact focused environment Drive prioritization and be accountable for the execution of a large scope Ensure company business objectives are well understood and implemented Set up your teams for growth in a self-sustainable manner through effective processes Define and communicate the strategy and vision to the teams Regularly interacts with senior management in and outside innovation on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers Influences technical decision making to maintain a healthy and coherent tech stack Operates at both a tactical and a strategic level Generates solutions and innovative ideas to complex people problems Executes leadership with little direction from VP
What will you bring to the team?
Proven experience as a technical leader managing team lead and engineering managers Prior experience in performance based advertising or in connected TV is a big plus Innovative thinking, collaboration skills, and comfortable solving ambiguous problems Ability to manage technical teams, providing regular feedback, mentorship or coaching Team-oriented management style with the ability to recruit and develop technical talent and to inspire and motivate multiple engineering teams to work together as a cohesive and highly productive unit Sound experience with designing, developing and extending large and complex systems Pride in, initiative, leadership and collaboration You embrace change and are enthusiast to learn in order to bring projects to proper completion Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills in English for multiple audiences (Engineering, Product, Stakeholders, ...)More about our Supply Team
The Supply Teams are responsible for building products to delight our premium publishers with a current 99%+ retention rate by:
Building a self serve interface (Teads For Publisher) that help our publishers to monetize their premium content with the most premium demand and develop backend tooling to onboard and manage our premium inventory Building tools to manage minimum revenue guarantee contract at scale while developing monetization algorithm and forecasting tools Develop omnichannel (web, mobile, connected TV ) technologies to connect more than 1.3 trillions ad requests per quarter over 3 data centersWe operate in a lean and experienced organization of 3 managers and 16 IC with plans to grow the team.
Our organization offers the opportunity for hybrid work, allowing for two days in the office and the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
