AbbVie France recrute un.e **Chef.fe** de projet experience patient** en **alternance **pour rejoindre** **l’équipe Patient Experience pleinement integrée dans la Direction de Customer/Business Excellence.
Ce poste est à pourvoir à partir de **septembre/octobre 2024** pour une durée de** 12 mois**.
En tant que membre de l’équipe AbbVie, et plus spécifiquement en tant que** **Chef.fe de projet experience patient vous seriez encadré.e et supervisé.e par un Pharmacien “Patient Experience Lead.”
Vos activités principales
- De contribuer à la gestion et lancement d’un nouveau programme patients.
- De contribuer au suivi de ce nouveau programme patients par l’intermédiaire de monitoring, reporting.
- De contribuer à la réflexion et la mise en place de nouveaux projets « Digital Health ».
- D’accompagner les brand teams dans l’élaboration des Brand plan sur la partie « Expérience patient ».
**Etes-vous **fait.e** pour ce poste ?**
- Notre équipe de Patient Experience recherche un.e etudiant.e préparant un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 / Bac+6 Scientifique.
- En plus de cette formation, vous faites preuve de:
- un esprit collaboratif et une facilité d’interactions quotidiennes avec de multiples interlocuteurs.
- une expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
- un esprit d’innovation et une connaissance du « Digital Health ».
- d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, esprit de synthèse et de capacité d’analyse critique.
- une appétence pour les logiciels du pack office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- un niveau d’anglais opérationnel
