Furnace - Commissioning Manager - Inde

Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un Commissioning Manager pour une durée minimum de 8 mois en Inde.
Le responsable de la mise en service est chargé de superviser et de gérer le processus de mise en service de systèmes ou d'installations complexes.
Il s'agit de s'assurer que tous les composants d'un projet sont installés, testés et fonctionnent conformément aux exigences, normes et réglementations spécifiées.
Le gestionnaire de site effectuera les tâches suivantes:
- Mettre en œuvre les protocoles de sécurité client et s'assurer de la conformité avec les réglementations locales et celles du client.
- Mener des actions régulières de sensibilisation à la sécurité sur le site en se basant sur les normes client et des sessions de formation pour l'équipe du site.
- Appliquer et promouvoir une forte culture de la sécurité sur le site de construction.
- Collaborer avec le responsable du site et le client pour développer des plans de mise en service et fournir des informations sur les exigences de mise en service.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des procédures et des protocoles de mise en service.
- Diriger le superviseur de la mise en service et gérer l'interface avec le client pendant les activités de mise en service.
- En coopération avec la direction du site, établir un ordre de priorité pour les activités de montage qui doivent être menées à bien dans le cadre des perspectives de mise en service.
- Fournir des conseils, une formation et un soutien pour assurer l'efficacité et l'efficience de l'équipe.
- Superviser les essais et l'inspection des systèmes et des composants afin de garantir la conformité avec les spécifications du projet et les normes industrielles.
- Effectuer des contrôles de qualité et des inspections au cours du processus de mise en service et les consigner.
- Coordonner avec le chef de site, l'ingénierie du projet pour assurer une exécution sans faille de la mise en service.
- Assurer une documentation précise et complète des activités de mise en service, y compris les procédures de test, les résultats et les dossiers de conformité.
- Générer des rapports de mise en service pour la documentation du projet et la remise.
- Traiter les problèmes ou les conflits qui surviennent au cours de la mise en service et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces.
- Favoriser des relations positives avec les clients en répondant à leurs préoccupations, en leur fournissant des informations actualisées et en veillant à ce qu'ils soient satisfaits de l'avancement de la mise en service.
- Veiller à ce que les rapports d'avancement soient corrects et exécutifs.
- En coopération avec le responsable du site et le directeur, assurer une bonne gestion des réclamations.
**PROFIL**:
- Niveau d'anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Bonne connaissance du progiciel Microsoft
- Excellent esprit d'équipe
- Habilitation électrique HOBO
- Formation HSE ou équivalent
