Created in 2018 by a former director of Shurgard, the European leader in self-storage, StoragePal is based in Paris and is expanding into the largest cities in Europe.

**Description du poste**

We are looking for a Sales Manager (M/F) to join our dynamic team. Responsible for overseeing the company's commercial activities and developing strategies to achieve sales objectives, you will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure the growth and profitability of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries from prospects, customers and partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure monitoring of key performance indicators

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in B2C and B2B customer care
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions
- Strong team skills
- Results-oriented and capable of achieving set goals
- Good knowledge of the market and trends in the commercial sector
- Common use of tools like Hubspot, AirCall, Google WorkSpace and Slack
- Fluent French and English. Dutch, Spanish and other languages appreciated.
