**Au sein de l’équipe Moto, basée à La Défense, et sous la responsabilité du Directeur de la division Moto France, nous vous offrons les perspectives suivantes**:
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs nationaux de volume, de mix et de gross profit pour les gammes Moto et Scooter par la réalisation des objectifs définis. Assurer le suivi des résultats et le reporting des comptes en charge
- Négocier les accords de référencement et les actions commerciales Moto auprès de ses clients Grands Comptes et s’assurer du redéploiement de ceux-ci auprès de leurs réseaux
- Gérer les accords particuliers en harmonie avec les accords enseignes et avec les guidelines fixées par la Division Moto
- Construire et gérer les plans d’actions par enseigne afin de réaliser les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale
- Proposer des axes de développement afin de contribuer à la croissance et à l’amélioration de l’image de la marque Dunlop auprès des clients
- Maintenir une veille permanente de l’environnement afin de comprendre et de partager les tendances marché, les contextes clients et les stratégies concurrentes et construire les meilleures prévisions à court moyen et long terme
- Prendre en charge la digitalisation de la marque Dunlop pour le segment Moto et Scooter afin de faire croitre son image et sa notoriété, à la fois auprès des revendeurs mais aussi des utilisateurs
**Pour nous rejoindre, vous devez**:
- Avoir une première expérience commerciale et en négociation (2 à 5 ans) avec des centrales d’achat ou de référencement
- Maîtriser l’anglais ainsi que les outils Microsoft office
- Être rompu à l’utilisation du CRM pour reporter l’ensemble de votre activité
