Descriptif du poste

Mission principale

Le poste consiste à assurer, en partenariat avec les équipes de la DRCI (notamment le Secteur Europe) et un Cabinet de Conseil dédié, le suivi, la coordination et donc le bon déroulé du projet. En particulier, le (la) Chef (fe) de projet centralise toutes les informations concernant le projet, et dispose d’une vision globale pour assurer le bon déroulement et le suivi administratif et opérationnel du projet.

Assister le Responsable Scientifique dans l’organisation et la conduite du projet

Assurer le suivi opérationnel du projet (coûts, délais, analyse des risques, ressources, livrables etc.) au vu du calendrier prévisionnel et émettre des points de vigilance le cas échéant sur les risques pressentis

Identifier, expertiser et instruire les difficultés rencontrées dans le cadre de la gestion du projet.

Produire des indicateurs d’activité (bilan/tableau de bords) et contribuer à fournir les éléments de pilotage nécessaires aux prises de décision, aux arbitrages et aux validations.

Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des dépenses en lien avec la DRCI et les relais locaux (URC, GHU).

Vérifier l’utilisation à bon escient du budget de l’étude et garantir la compréhension des dépenses éligibles par les équipes

Préparer les éléments analytiques et contribuer au reporting technique et financier périodique, en lien avec les équipes de la DRCI.

Contribuer à la préparation, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des audits et contrôles financiers

Assurer la coordination entre les acteurs concernés par le projet ; en particulier assurer la coordination entre les scientifiques du projet
- Concevoir et alimenter des tableaux de bord et indicateurs pertinents dans le cadre de la gestion du projet.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

Savoir-faire requis

Compétences techniques:

- Très bonne connaissance des modalités et dispositifs de financement de la recherche au niveau européen (notamment du programme Horizon Europe)
- Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de projet (planning, Gantt) et des outils associés.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique et de gestion de projet (Microsoft office, teams, skype)
- La connaissance de la conduite des essais cliniques et un profil scientifique ou médico scientifique sont nécessaires
- Bonne connaissance des règles de fonctionnement des Etablissements Publics de Santé.
- Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est indispensable.

PRE-REQUIS
- Diplôme de 3es cycle universitaire (Master ou Doctorat), avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets européens ou internationaux.
- Une expérience avérée en gestion de projet est souhaitée
- Un profil scientifique/médical est nécessaire

La Direction de la Recherche Clinique et de l’Innovation (DRCI) de l’AP-HP est chargée de piloter les projets de recherche développés par l’AP-HP et de suivre l’ensemble des activités de recherche et d’innovation dans lesquels le CHU est impliqué:

- près de 3 200 projets de recherche en cours, tous promoteurs confondus
- près de 1 200 projets de recherche dont l’AP-HP assure la promotion et la gestion
- plus de 24 604 patients inclus dans des essais cliniques à promotion AP-HP
- La DRCI contribue à la définition de la politique de recherche est d’innovation de l’AP-HP. Elle met notamment en œuvre, conformément aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires applicables, l’ensemble des dispositifs nécessaires pour la promotion et la gestion de la recherche clinique. Elle accompagne les cliniciens et équipes de recherche, suit et contrôle la réalisation de ces études avec ses 14 Unités de Recherche Clinique (URC), implantées au sein des Groupes Hospitaliers Universitaires (GHU) dont 2 ont un caractère transversal, l’URC en économie de la santé et le département des essais c
