This event is designed for you to provide valuable insights into our dynamic work environment, showcase the diverse teams that drive our operations, and allow you to engage directly with the hiring managers and the HR Team.

For this event, we are offering the **5 following internship positions**:
**Trade-in (our circular service at Back Market) Seller Success Intern (6 months, in Paris)**:
- Run operational routines and sellers' processes that help monitor and improve the Trade-In performance, and ensure a smooth seller experience
- Perform analysis to identify issues on sellers’ performance and processes and deliver action plans to address them
- Contribute to designing tools and processes to support our sellers in improving their performance
- Build resources to support the deployment of these actions to account managers and foster the adoption
- Participate in structuring projects by setting up action plans, identifying stakeholders (within teams such business development, marketing or product), defining timelines and success factors and regularly following up on progress
**Trade-in (our circular service at Back Market) Performance & Operations Intern (6 months, in Paris)**:
- Performance Tracking and Monitoring
- Track and analyze KPIs to understand performance drivers.
- Assist in regular reporting, conduct one-off analyses on specific topics, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and tools.
- Oversee key operational processes and checks to maintain steady performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support on Major Projects:
- Contribute to efficiency improvement through automation of processes, reportings, analyses, and alerting.
- Develop specific processes, tools, and reports for ad-hoc projects (e.g., quality control, customer care, pricing).
**Circularity Project Manager Intern (market research, growth and expansion in France and US) (6 months, in Paris)**:
- Circularity Opportunities:
- Identify circularity prospects globally.
- Research legal frameworks and competition for recycling and donation services.
- Benchmark best practices.
- Evaluate and assist in negotiating partnerships with potential collaborators.
- Circularity Services Management:
- Oversee live circularity services in France and the US.
- Monitor and report on service performance.
- Drive continuous service improvement efforts.
**Business Development Representative Intern - within the Back Market Pro service team, on the buyers/clients side (6 months, in Paris)**:
- Manage existing B2B corporate clients and handle inbound sales, including advice and pricing negotiations.
- Develop outreach strategies and close deals with new partners/clients.
- Coordinate B2B catalog expansion and ensure updated supply details to match clients needs.
- Gather feedback for enhancing the purchase experience, and collaborating on solutions.
- Assist in B2B Managed accounts to improve customer satisfaction.
- Gain expertise in the refurbished devices industry and corporate client needs.
- Support the team in developing and selling tailored services for corporate accounts (buyback, aftersales, etc.).
**Global Seller Success Manager Intern - within the Back Market Pro service team, on the sellers/providers side (6 months, in Paris)**:
- Identify & recruit top sellers (refurbishers) to join Back Market for Business to generate extra B2B sales
- onboard & assist sellers to be properly setup (catalog, order management)
- Understand sellers ecosystem, needs and constraints to adjust setup accordingly (i.e. working with integrators)
- Manage a portfolio of sellers, and own their Sales and quality performance on our B2B platform
- Provide key insights from raw data and current situations (analyze databases, KPI major trends, or qualitative data) for actionable recommendations
