**Nous recherchons un(e) R&I/ AD Technical Leader pour rejoindre nos équipes**

**Vos missions**:

- Fournir des solutions innovantes dans un contexte d'innovation ouverte
- Gérer les contributeurs internes et externes dans son domaine
- Avec les partenaires existants et les nouveaux partenaires potentiels, étudier et analyser leurs feuilles de route technologiques
- Gérer les contributeurs internes à la R & D avec le département Métier (calcul, installations d'essai, etc.), vérifier l'adéquation entre les besoins, les disponibilités et les ressources, vérifie l'adéquation entre les besoins, les disponibilités et les ressources.
- Protéger l'innovation en rédigeant des IDM pour formaliser les idées innovantes et proposer une stratégie d'exploitation lorsque cela est pertinent.
- Effectuer l'analyse de la liberté d'exploitation (FTO)
- Contribuer aux comités de propriété intellectuelle en fournissant des conseils dans les limites de son (ses) domaine(s) d'expertise.
- Veille technologique et benchmarking
