We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our new 3-months project with a global leader in Industrial Software.
You will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls on a B2B level.

**Mode of work**: Remote
Job Functions:

- Communicates with potential and current counterparties verbally and in writing, according to standards set by the client.
- Contacts potential and existing clients of the company, conducting outgoing and incoming calls.
- Investigates and resolves problems within the scope of his assigned responsibilities.
- Receives, enters and checks information about the client in systems and platforms provided by the company.
- Documents customer notes with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner in English.
- Maintains excellent program knowledge.
- Delivers key performance indicators required by the client
- Maintains strict confidentiality of information provided by customers or data accessed within assigned systems.
- Escalates to his/her inline manager any situation beyond the employee's control that may adversely affect the services provided.
Profile:

- Native level of ITALIAN language
- Good level of ENGLISH
- 2+ years in a similar position
- Experienced in Lead Generation, B2B outbound calls
- Holding a high school, BA or an equivalent / higher education diploma and relevant work experience
- Ambitious and proactive with a demonstrated ability to reach and exceed targets
- Interested in working in an international and dynamic sales team
