- S'assurer que toutes les ressources nécessaires se joignent à l'effort (internes, fournisseurs, partenaires, etc.)
- Assurer l'avancement des investigations et des plans d'action
- Améliorer en permanence le processus de gestion des incidents majeurs En plus d'un solide bagage technique dans le domaine de l'infrastructure informatique, vous utiliserez vos compétences en matière de **leadership et d'influence** pour animer ou gérer, si nécessaire, la résolution d'un incident majeur afin de réduire l'impact sur l'entreprise. Pour cela, vous savez fédérer une équipe.
Profil recherché
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Titulaire d’un BAC +5 Systèmes d’Information, avec > minimum 6 ans d'expérience, des **connaissances techniques larges dans les domaines de l'infrastructure** (serveur, réseau, bases de données, middleware,...)
- Expérience dans la conduite d'un incident majeur, ayant un impact sur le métier (fabrication, chaîne d'approvisionnement,...) ou lié à la **cybersécurité**.
- Expérience des services gérés, en particulier offshore
- Compétences en matière de communication à différents niveaux de l’entreprise, des utilisateurs finaux au DSI
- Anglais et Français courants obligatoires
- LANGUESAnglais
