Activus Group recherche un **IT Change Manager H/F**
**Objectifs et livrables**
En autonomie ou au sein d'une équipe de changement : Définir, planifier et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de changement en coordination avec l'équipe de gestion de projet.
**Responsabilités / Livrables**:
- Proposer des stratégies pour faciliter l'adoption des changements requis par les transformations/projets, en utilisant la méthodologie et les outils.
- Définir des plans de gestion du changement en utilisant les leviers proposés par la méthodologie : analyse d'impact, communication, mobilisation et formation, alignement managérial, alignement de l'organisation et des processus, transfert post-projet, création du réseau du changement.
- Concevoir et réaliser des communications attractives et mesurer leur efficacité.
- Identifier les prérequis, documenter les besoins et soutenir la conception et la production de programmes de formation innovants afin d'assurer la préparation des utilisateurs.
- Assurer l'alignement des parties prenantes et la cohérence entre les plans définis par différents projets et ayant un impact sur les mêmes populations.
- Soutenir la définition des organisations cibles, des rôles et des responsabilités en coordination avec les RH.
- Soutenir la définition des processus opérationnels cibles.
- Anticiper la définition des dispositions cibles en matière de gouvernance et d'administration.
- Mesurer l'efficacité des actions de gestion du changement et de leur adoption.
- Contribuer à accroître la maturité des équipes de projet en matière de gestion du changement.
- Assurer la cohérence entre les plans définis pour différents projets ayant un impact sur les mêmes populations.
- Contribuer activement à la communauté de la gestion du changement en partageant les expériences et les leçons apprises.
**Compétences et qualifications**
3 ans d'expérience dans la fonction.
Projet lié au service marketing et ventes.
Profil autonome pour les activités de gestion du changement (stratégie et mise en œuvre).
Une expérience préalable dans des projets stratégiques est un plus.
- Curiosité et capacité à s'informer rapidement sur les questions commerciales.
- Capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations solides, orientation client
- Autonomie, esprit d'équipe, excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication, écrite, visuelle et verbale.
- Expérience et connaissance des principes de gestion du changement, des méthodologies et des outils opérationnels (pour la communication et la formation, par exemple : montage vidéo, sharepoint, easygenerator/articulate, etc.)
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets internationaux
