We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in creating captivating banners and images for our website content and social media platforms. As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to develop visually stunning graphics that leave a lasting impact on our audience. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, attracting and engaging users, and driving conversions.

**Here’s what you’ll get to do**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the creative direction and project requirements for website content and social media campaigns.
- Create visually compelling banners, images, and graphics that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Design attention-grabbing visuals for website pages, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Develop engaging infographics, illustrations, and icons to communicate complex information effectively.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of our content.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, including color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and create visually appealing images that complement written content.
- Optimize graphics for web and social media platforms, considering file sizes, resolutions, and responsive design principles.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and provide creative input for marketing and branding initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while adhering to deadlines.

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specializing in e-commerce luxury brands, and lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in website content and social media campaigns, showcasing creative and visually impactful designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design to create graphics optimized for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements for graphics.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, receiving feedback and incorporating changes as needed.
- A proactive attitude, a passion for creativity, and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
