Founded in 2008, Technology and Strategy (T&S) is an consulting firm specializing in engineering, IT and digital project management. We are a trusted partner for our customers on innovative projects, and have an integrated design office to meet market requirements.

**Job Description**:
**Day-to-day**:
- _Business development_: You will contribute to the agency's development. You will prospect and develop your customer portfolio. With your Business Manager, you will meet customers and define their needs in the engineering field.
- _Recruitment :_ Accompanied by our Talent Acquisition team, you will source international engineering profiles on various job boards and professional social networks. You will be the first point of contact with the consultants. You will conduct interviews and take part in negotiating contracts until they are hired.

- An "entrepreneur" at heart, you are passionate about new technologies.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in business development or in a technical field.
- You speak English (minimum level B2).
