**Job Description**:
As a member of the management team of the ENA L&D Academy, your role is to provide a comprehensive and seamless digital learning experience to ENA Academy clients.
Together with your team, you offer state of the art digital learning programs that are aligned with the strategy defined by your Academy and consistent with the face-to-face learning offer.
Main accountabilities:
- Build a digital learning offer: free / fee-based packages. 2023 priority: launch new offer on professional expertise “A la carte”.
- Optimize LMS capacities: provide excellent connection, navigation & reporting services
- Maximize Time-to-market: Develop capacity to produce expert e-learning modules on demand
- Design e-learning modules for ENA
**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
- Fifth year University level (BAC + 5) in Human Ressources or equivalent Tech/Digital degree
- State of the art expertise in Digital learning confirmed by a professional certification is a plus
- French and English fluent
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Excellent organisational competencies and autonomy
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and deploy innovative digital solutions
- Continuous improvement to improve client experience and satisfaction
- Strong leadership capabilities, keen to empower teams and share constructive feedback
- Commercial drive: P&L focused, able to put into market and promote sales of the digital learning offer
- Capacity and willingness to travel in all ENA countries
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Human ressources, amongst which at least 3 to 5 years as a manager
- Experience in the Hospitality business or service industry (like Retail)

Information about the position
- Our offices are located in Issy les Moulineaux & offer a modern working environment with a relaxation area and services (gym, hairdresser, concierge, postal service, s...) for a successful Talent Experience
- We have set up a work schedule of at least 2 days per week in our offices and the rest of the time you can work from a hotel, a coworking space or from your home.
- This contract is permanent and you are entitled to the following benefits: collective profit-sharing, participation, meal ticket, etc.
