Creative Planning Intern

Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Creative Planning intern, starting in July 2023. Within the Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët (MMPJ) internal Creative Studio and being part of the Creative Planning team, you will have the opportunity to work for our 4 luxury brands and participate in bringing creative breath and consistency through all touchpoints and geographies. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris
- Your key missions:
- You will co-build project planification: alignment with Brand teams on deliverables, level of priorization, timings and Creative Studio’s implication-
- You will follow-up on Creative Studio workload schedule, using Pernod Ricard creative management platform-
- You will follow-up on project management: support on budget and timelines building for incoming briefs, support on the organization of weekly/bi-monthly meetings with Brand teams-
- You will support Creative Studio KPIs consolidation (number of projects delivered, projects typologies, estimated savings etc.) and communication (Studio showreel and presentation update, to be shared with CODI and internal teams)-
- You will bring your creativity and impact, work on inspiration reviews and competitive benchmarks-
- You will support MMPJ CSR transformation by fueling and engaging with CSR Catalysts communityIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You are enrolled in a Business Master degree-
- You have ideally a first 6-month internship experience-
- You are at ease with project management and know how to use the Pack Office-
