- About Us:
Ayvens, part of the Société Générale group, specializes in automotive financial services. Our mission is to manage and optimize the global mobility solutions for our clients while adhering to strict transfer pricing regulations.
- The financial holding company, ALD S.A, is a regulated and listed institution and is responsible for the development of the group and of the supervision of its activities in 44 countries where it is implanted. It brings a technical support for subsidiaries thanks to its role of coordination and favors the creation of synergies between countries and region
- We’re looking for a Head of Transfer Pricing to join our team and manage transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across the group.

Your Role:
As the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for overseeing the definition, control, and defense of transfer pricing policies across Ayvens’ global operations. You’ll collaborate closely with various finance departments and act as the central point of contact for all transfer pricing-related issues, ensuring adherence to both local and group-level transfer pricing policies.

You’ll contribute to the creation of a new function within the group in a completely new team of 9 people divided in 3 departments (these missions were previously managed by Société Genérale). You’ll have 1 direct report to help you on your diverse missions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation of Transfer Pricing Policies
- Defining transfer pricing policies for the Ayvens Group, with the validation of all transfer pricing impacts in reorganisations and various Group projects

Audit Support and Methodological Guidance
- Defending those transfer pricing policies in the context of tax audits and presentation to regulatory bodies, by monitoring all transfer pricing aspects in the context of tax audits for French entities and by providing methodological support to local tax teams for foreign tax audits
- Documentation and Compliance
- Draft and maintain Ayvens’ transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with French and international regulations.
- Lead the strategic initiatives necessary for the implementation and follow-up of transfer pricing policies across the group.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the finance and tax functions at Ayvens to maintain alignment on transfer pricing matters across jurisdictions.

What You Bring:

- Expertise in Transfer Pricing Regulations: Deep understanding of transfer pricing regulations, particularly in the context of the leasing or banking industries.
- Leadership in Tax and Transfer Pricing: Proven ability to lead and execute strategic transfer pricing processes, including interactions with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
- International Experience: Knowledge of international tax regulations and experience managing complex restructuring transactions.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally, engaging with diverse teams and ensuring alignment on critical tax issues.

Competencies:
Leasing and/or banking industry experience - Expertise in transfer pricing and international tax regulations (Banking sector, Financial services, Automotive sector, Big Four, )-
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives related to transfer pricing - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities-
