Nous recherchons pour notre client entreprise un(e) International Payroll Specialist (H/F) en CDI dans le cadre d'une création de poste.
Rattaché(e) au HR Admin & Payroll Manager, vous rejoignez l'équipe RH International et êtes le référent sur les sujets administratifs et de paie pour votre périmètre composé d'environ 250 personnes sur différents pays.
Vos missions consistent à:
- Gestion de la Paie externalisée:
Être responsable des cycles de paie internationaux pour votre périmètre ;
Gérer la paie internationale avec ADP (contrôle, échange de variables, etc.) ;
S'assurer du bon déroulement du paiement des bonus trimestriels/annuels ;
Coordonner les tâches de paie de fin d'année (en fonction de la spécificité du territoire).
- Gestion administrative du personnel:
Fournir les contrats, avenants, certificats, etc ;
Gestion des avantages sociaux : assurance maladie, tickets repas, etc ;
Coordonner les tâches administratives des RH dans plusieurs pays...
- Projets, processus et rapports:
Contribuer à la fiabilité de la base de données et au reporting ;
Concevoir de nouveaux processus et améliorer les processus existants ;
Participer à des projets connexes au sein de l'équipe RH International...
Profil recherché
De formation supérieure en RH/Paie, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en gestion de la paie internationale.
Votre niveau d'anglais est obligatoirement courant.
Rémunération : 40/48KEUR selon profil.7
