Rejoignez Now en tant que Community Builder à la Défense, sous la responsabilité du Manager de sites d’Ile-de-France, pour être le lien privilégié entre nos NOWorkers, prestataires, et prospects.

**Relationnel**
- De créer une ambiance de travail positive et veiller au bien-être des NOWorkers,
- Garantir la bonne humeur et la convivialité au sein du site,
- Accueillir les NOWorkers et les visiteurs, préparer le café matinal,
- Être disponible et à l’écoute des besoins et envies des NOWorkers,
- Faciliter les rencontres et interactions entre NOWorkers,
- Organiser les moments conviviaux quotidiens et les événements ponctuels.

**Communication**
- Mettre en place les actions de communication prévues par le siège (ex : alimentation de la story Instagram du site (1 jour = 1 story), remontée de photos et vidéos du site et des animations ).

**Commercial**
- De participer au remplissage du site,
- Fidéliser la communauté existante,
- Faire visiter le site, cibler et comprendre les besoins des prospects afin d’y répondre,
- Convertir les visiteurs en coworkers et garantir le remplissage du site en réalisant des visites de sites,
- Entretenir le contact par mail et téléphone : devis, propositions commerciales, factures, relances,
- Suivre avec son Manager le portefeuille prospects et NOWorkers.

**Services généraux**
- De contribuer au bon entretien du site,
- Assurer de bonnes conditions de travail aux NOWorkers : outils (petits soucis techniques) et confort (espace propre, accueillant, ordonné),
- Suivre les approvisionnements de consommables et gérer les stocks,
- Préparer les salles de réunion réservées, réaliser le catering éventuel,
- Assister son Manager dans l’intervention des prestataires.
