**La Maison**

Le/la Fashion Senior Retail Marketing Manager, conçoit et déploie les outils de Retail Marketing, afin de contribuer au succès de l’univers Mode de la Maison Louis Vuitton.

En partenariat avec les équipes marketing, learning et expérience client, ainsi qu'en coopération avec les équipes locales de merchandising/learning, le/la fashion Senior Retail Marketing Manager devra soutenir la croissance de l'activité mode

**Ses missions seront les suivantes**:

- être le principal ambassadeur des équipes Retail worldwilde
- créer un calendrier pour les lancements de produits et les priorités commerciales
- animer la communauté mode, en la faisant grandir et en créant un sentiment d'appartenance à la communauté
- développer des outils Retail afin de faciliter l’excellence et la fluidité du service tout au long du processus de vente
- participer à des sessions de brainstorming pour développer des idées et mettre en œuvre des actions pour les équipes Retail au niveau global
- accompagner les initiatives du réseau social interne (LV LiVe), avec une approche inclusive et fédératrice
- identifier et en partager les « best practices » au niveau monde
- assurer le suivi des actions mises en place et analyser les résultats afin d’améliorer les prochaines actions
- contribuer à l’élaboration d’outils d'apprentissage sur l’univers de la mode

PROFIL
- Diplômée d’une formation de type Ecole de commerce (ou équivalent BAC+5)
- 8 ans d’expérience minimum souhaité sur une fonction similaire
- Expérience Retail sur une fonction marketing opérationnel
- Une solide connaissance de l’univers mode appliquée au monde du luxe est indispensable
- Créativité, prise d’initiative, assertivité, rigueur
- Excellent niveau d’anglais et de français
- Maîtrise du Pack office
